Ken Hobson
Ken joins the HIRE Strategies Team in the Client Services Department, he will be tasks with managing our existing client partnerships within the Commercial Construction Division while also identifying new client partners for us to assist. Ken has a strong background in IT specializing in Customer Service and Data Management with over 10 years of experience. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys. Ken recently moved to NC from Colorado and enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors. At home he likes to cook, watch movies, and play video games with his boys.
Brian Hicks
Brian joins the HIRE Strategies Team as our Chief Operations Officer, he will be tasked with managing the overall Operations and internal team members. Brian brings to the team over 20 years of HR Leadership experience with a focus on Employee Relations, Training and Development, Executive Coaching, Recruitment, Employee Retention and Compensation Analysis. Brian has a PHR Certification and a Bachelor’s degree from Shaw University in Religion and Philosophy.
