Safety-Conscious Labor for Skilled Trades
At HIRE Strategies, our philosophy is simple: “We are committed to providing our clients with the most highly skilled and safety conscious labor.” Regulated by OSHA in the US, organizations must follow strict health and safety regulations on all construction and industrial projects to assure employee safety. The Occupational Safety and Health Act requires employers or job recruiting sites to provide comprehensive safety training to workers for general construction and hazardous waste operations to minimize possible workplace injuries like falls, excavation accidents, cuts/scratches, electrocution, and abrasions from falling objects.
Though important, in-house safety training requires additional cost and time investment. And this means completing jobs with pressing deadlines is practically impossible as the staff is not trained to start working onsite from the day they are inducted. However, when you hire us as your staffing partner, you don’t have to invest time or money in safety training.
