HIRE Strategies is a full-service staffing company. We staff positions in all areas including construction, accounting, and administrative positions. In addition, we also staff in different locations including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Fort Bragg, Wilmington, and Wilson.

Do you only offer temporary jobs?
Here at HIRE Strategies we offer temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire positions. In a temporary placement, candidates are screened and hired as employees of HIRE Strategies. In a temp to hire position the employee works temporarily for 3-6 months where they are then eligible to become a full-time employee directly within the company. Like temp to hire, direct hire employees are directly hired to the company after being processed and screened through HIRE Strategies.
Do you background check and drug screen?
Yes, here at HIRE Strategies we do a 10-panel drug test, background check, reference check, and a skill assessment.

How often do I get paid?
You will get paid weekly, on Friday.
What’s the pay?
All pay depends on experience and will be discussed after an application, screening, and interview.
When do I get paid?
You will get paid the following week after you begin your employment. Our check dates are every Friday.

I lost my rapid card; how do I get a new one?
Please come into the office to be issued a new one and transfer the funds from the old card.
I want to do employment verification; how should I send it?

How do I get my health benefits through HIRE Strategies?
You may enroll in benefits once you are placed on assignment with us. HIRE Strategies offers ACA approved coverage including; health, dental, short-term disability, and life insurance.
Will my paychecks come from HIRE Strategies or the company you place me?
All paychecks will come from HIRE Strategies.
Do you do anything special for placing military veterans?
As of right now we do not have any special benefits for military veterans, however, we value our veterans and encourage you to apply.
