The Occupational Safety and Health Act requires employers to provide comprehensive safety training to workers for general construction and hazardous waste operations to minimize possible workplace injuries like falls, excavation accidents, cuts/scratches, electrocution, and abrasions from falling objects.
Though important, in-house safety training requires additional cost and time investment. And this means completing jobs with pressing deadlines is practically impossible as the staff is not trained to start working onsite from the day they are inducted.However, when you hire us as your staffing partner, you don’t have to invest time or money in safety training.
Authorized Trainer of OSHA
As an authorized trainer of Occupational Safety and Health Administration, we ensure that the talent we provide you with is ready to work and serves as a valuable addition to your team from day one.
All of our employees undergo OSHA compliant safety training. We provide OSHA 10 including fall protection training, the safety of ladders and lifts, and PPE training to staff recruited at executive levels while OSHA 30 training is exclusively provided to employees hired at leadership positions.

The employees we refer to you are trained to adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and to perform their designated roles within those safety requirements. All employees will be offered various types of ongoing safety training through HIRE Strategies at no additional cost to them.

Safe Working Environment Training
Training is the key to creating a safe working environment, reducing job hazards, and satisfying OSHA compliance requirements. Hire-Strategies is an authorized trainer of Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We provide OSHA 10, Fall Protection Training, Safety of Ladders and Lifts, and PPE Training. We have a team of professional training staff with over 15 years of experience, including our own on-site Safety Coordinator.
Qualified On-site Safety Coordinator
Our on-site Safety Coordinator has over 15 years of experience in construction and just completed his OSHA Certified Instructor training. He will be training our employees as well as visiting job sites to ensure the employees are practicing good safety habits and striving for zero accidents on the job. Safety programs are critical to keeping employees safe, training is kept current, and ensuring your job site is OSHA compliant.
Our on-site Safety Coordinator will also be able to assist you in developing your own safety program to show your employees that you are committed to providing a safe working environment.
