Your talent services specialist will schedule your interview following your application submittal. Interviews can be conducted via Zoom or in-person.

Screening

If you're selected to continue the onboarding process, HIRE Strategies will conduct the following screenings: 10-Panel Drug Screen, Background Check, and Skill Assessments.

Onboarding

Onboarding can be done in-office or remotely and allows us to collect tax information, benefits enrollment, and direct deposit information. Onboarding is the final step in our process before being places on your assignment.
